Kirby Forlin
Senior Vice President
Kirby leads McKesson’s Data Commercialization strategy, where she collaborates across business units to unlock and leverage data assets—both internal and external—in support of McKesson’s mission to improve health outcomes for all. Kirby also oversees McKesson Compile as part of this broader strategy.
Kirby built her career on a deep understanding of how data can drive strategic change. She learned early on the importance of analyzing what, why, where, and how things shift within a business, using data and analytics to inform effective strategies. Over her career, she has worked for and consulted with many Fortune 500 companies including Unilever, Dannon, Johnson & Johnson, Colgate, and Altria.
Raised and educated in Canada, she has an undergraduate degree from University of Guelph and an MBA with a focus on analytics from University of Calgary. She enjoys gardening, hosting dinners, running, and getting the “tea” from her kids.
Olivia vonNieda
Vice President and General Manager
Olivia leads McKesson Compile as the Vice President and General Manager.
Olivia has led Market Development, Customer Success and Operations since joining McKesson Compile. Previously, Olivia focused on insights, analytics, and sales forecasts at AstraZeneca and was part of the launch team for Lynparza, a prescription medicine for metastatic breast and ovarian cancer. She also worked for ZS Associates, where she engaged on projects in pharmaceutical targeting, segmentation, alignments, and forecasting, and kick-started the Patient Disease Awareness Program at Edwards Lifesciences.
Olivia earned a BS in Industrial Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA at Harvard Business School. She is passionate about coffee, biking, and feminist advocacy, loves baking fruit pies, and is training for a triathlon.
Veena Attivilli
Customer Success
Veena leads the customer success team at McKesson Compile.
Veena brings 14 years of experience in strategy, innovation, and operations roles, primarily within the U.S. healthcare industry. Before joining McKesson Compile, Veena held various roles within the Corporate Strategy and Business Development (CSBD) organization at McKesson Corporation for over 5 years. Most recently, she led the collaboration with cross functional stakeholders to overcome data siloes and successfully design-launch-test data-driven innovation for biopharma customers. Prior to McKesson, Veena drove strategy and business model innovation for key markets at Direct Supply.
Veena earned a bachelor’s degree from Osmania University in India and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. She enjoys improv, travelling, and creating STEM projects with her daughter.
Ruth Berkowitz
Marketing
Ruth leads the marketing team at McKesson Compile.
Ruth brings over 20 years of healthcare marketing experience to McKesson Compile. Before joining McKesson Compile, Ruth was Head of Marketing and Co-founder of Centivo, a novel health plan centered around value-based care. Before that, she was Vice President of Product and Marketing for Liazon, operator of the industry-leading benefits exchange for businesses. Ruth also spent over a decade at Pfizer leading consumer and physician marketing initiatives in the U.S. and global markets for high-profile brands including Viagra, Exubera, and Aricept. She began her career in healthcare economic consulting at National Economic Research Associates, where she conducted research on healthcare regulations and pricing.
Ruth holds a BA from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She enjoys blogging, tennis, mahjong, and educating people at parties about the virtues of pharma.
Stephen Chick
Sales
Stephen (Steve) leads the sales & account management teams at McKesson Compile.
Steve brings over 35 years of experience in the healthcare services community, including Vice President, Sales & Business Development for Symphony Health, Senior VP, Real World Evidence and Late Phase services for InVentiv Health, and Market Vice President at Humana’s Comprehensive Health Insights. In addition, he led the sales and marketing functions at Evidera and served in various leadership roles at IMS Health (now IQVIA).
Steve holds a BS from The Pennsylvania State University and is a member of the International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR). He enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and playing golf.
Wesley Keller
Product
Wesley (Wes) leads the product team for McKesson Compile.
Wes brings extensive product management and leadership experience from various roles at healthcare technology and information science companies, including ConcertAI, CareMetx and IntegriChain. While leading product management, he covered various aspects of drug commercialization, including market access, patient engagement, and data analytics. Prior to that he spent ten years simplifying scientific research evaluation for researchers and academic institutions, launching, and growing a market-leading research analytics portfolio at Thomson Reuters and Clarivate Analytics.
Wes earned a BS in Business Administration, Marketing & Legal Studies from Drexel University. He enjoys real estate restoration, watching the Phils win frequently and pretending to be a chef.
Norman Pai
Business Development
Norman leads the business development team, including growth & sourcing strategy, at McKesson Compile.
Norman brings over a decade’s experience building commercial growth at U.S. healthcare companies, including various positions at HealthVerity, an integrated healthcare technology and real-world data marketplace company serving life sciences partners and U.S. federal health agencies. Before his work with early-stage startups, Norman was a consultant at Slalom and Accenture, where he oversaw numerous data analytics and technology engagements for healthcare and B2B SaaS companies.
Norman holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rice University and an MBA from The Wharton School. He enjoys learning about healthcare innovation, reading, traveling, and exploring the outdoors with his wife and child.
Karthi Swaminathan
Technology
Karthi leads the technology team for McKesson Compile.
Karthi brings over 25 years of experience across various technical and leadership roles at startup and enterprise product companies in the U.S. and India. Before joining McKesson Compile, Karthi led Engineering and India operations for Aktana, tact.ai and athenahealth in the pharma and healthcare sector over the last decade. Prior to that, he spent 10 years with CollabNet (now digital.ai) where he spearheaded product and organizational transformations. Earlier in his career, Karthi worked with various product companies and system integrators, managing custom product development, and large-scale enterprise implementations for major clients across diverse industries.
Karthi holds a BE in Electrical and Electronics from PSG College of Technology, India. He loves exploring new destinations with his family and contributing to the community through his work with non-profits.
